how do you make a lollipop washcloth?
Looking at all of these pictures, it looks like the details vary, but you would probably just roll up each washcloth into a tube, then roll the tube into a spiral. Affix the baby spoon (or whatever you choose as your stick) with a twist-tie, cover with tulle or cellophane, tie a ribbon around and you’re done!
Or, even better, go to a local craft store and check in their craft books – it must be a fairly new ‘idea’, so it may not be in your library yet, but probably at Michaels, Hobby Lobby, etc.
