What is the best style of baby sling for nursing hands-free?
After not being able to move around or do much of anything when I nursed my first child I have heard about some women who manage to where a sling and move around more freely.
I am about 2 months away from giving birth to my 2nd child and would really love anyone’s suggestions on the style of sling to best achieve this.
I used a moby wrap for my daughter. It is a very soft cotton and so comfortable. There are numerous ways to hold your baby, or nurse your baby in it and you can use it until after a year. I tried on three or four wraps and I could feel a lot of pressure on my shoulders with most of the other ones and they werent as versatile. I would definently check into it. I have included a link to their site but most small mother stores have them. If you click on the instructions box their is a link so you can see all of the holds, including the breastfeeding. There is also enough cloth to keep you hiden while you nurse. I hope this helps!
