Any advice on moving my infant from sleeping in his cradle swing at night to his crib?
My son has been sleeping in his cradle swing since the 2nd day he was home. He’s getting too long for it so I think he needs to sleep in his crib. Any advice on making this a smooth transition??
It’s not like he’s never been in his crib before. He’s napped in it, but when he wakes up, he acts like he is startled to be in there.
My son slept in his swing from 2 1/2 months until 6 months. Just wouldn’t sleep anywhere else. I started laying him down for naps in his crib and within a couple of weeks, he was sleeping in there all the time. I also moved the swing into his room. So he was used to being in there. He also just got uncomfortable in the swing because he was too long as well.
