Help me find creamy white lace cardigan with gold flowers?

I saw this girl at the beach wearing a creamy white see through lace cardigan with small metallic gold flowers on it. They looked embroidered. Does anybody else have it and can tell me where they got it? Or somewhere I could get one like it? So far I’ve checked places like freepeople.com, papaya.com, wetseal.com and other places like that, but do you have any better ideas?
