Is it possible to hold a baby tooo much??
I have a friend who has a 2 month old baby. She also has a 5 yr old daughter. Every time I see her or talk to her she is holding her baby. Even if there is a swing or bouncer seat for him she refuses to put him down!!!! I get the feeling this is going to make one very spoiled baby and will be a handful in a few months. Do i mention anything to her??
you can only hold a baby “too much” if you arent giving the baby tummy time – where they practice lifting their head etc. A baby can’t be spoiled though until 1 year (what books say) I think 6 months is when you need to give a child some more independence (when they start exploring etc.)
