How to keep ‘non-silver’ jewellery from changing colours?
Okay so obviously you can use those cloths to keep SILVER jewellery clean but there are still some cute pieces of jewellery that aren’t silver and will start to turn a brassy looking colour in a week or so because they’re just silver plated. I love jewellery, weather it’s real, costume etc.. I just don’t want to have to throw out pieces because they’ve turned colour so for the ‘fake’ stuff, there has to be a way to keep it from changing colours. Any suggestions? Please help because I recently got 2 pairs of earings, a bracelet AND a necklace for dirt cheap, all the pieces are adorable and I knew going into it they weren’t silver but silver plated.. I figured there must be a way to keep them from changing colour somehow.
put clear nail polish on them.
